I know this part is old. very old. But I have a customer that, for some reason, still wants it.
The datasheet doesn't have Jc info, and my customer needs it. There was a similar post on this, and the answer was something about an internal forum and search for "theta..."
Is there anyplace this information is stored?
The datasheet mentions "package dissipation ratings" but I don't know if this can be correlated into Jc...
(I need the above info, but I would also like a P2P recommendation if somebody has one...I'll be looking on my own too though).
