Please provide this document and apply reflow profile according to MSL level 3, peak temperature 260⁰C.

one more question about package:

Can the package soldering part of LM5056A be made according to the green frame below? What does punching in the red frame mean?
Can you help provide a reference package?

Hi Brandon,

I think the punching holes are vias. Electrically you can make a smaller thermal pad on the PCB similar to the green box. The thermal dissipation capability of the PCB will be slightly worse. Are you looking for CAD symbols for this product by “reference package”? If so please use this link to download.
