LMG3411R050: I need to get parameter information

This is capture of Powersim device database

I need to complete this parameter file for simulation, but the datasheet for the LMG3411r50 product has no gfs and test conditions.
And in the test condition of tr, tf, VDS is written as 320 to 80 V & 80 to 320V. I want to know if it is correct to hold VDS as 320, and what is RG (ohm)?

    Hello Yongsung,

    Thank you for the question. For the parameters that are not disclosed in the datasheet, we are not allow to disclose here in the forum. Also since our FET is integrated with the driver in a power stage, I think it would be different than how you define a typical transistor.

    For simulation purposes, we have transient SPICE model here: https://www.ti.com/product/LMG3410R050#design-development

    Also regarding the question of test condition of tr, tf and VDS, the test condition means the data is taken from 20% to 80% value with respect to 400V. The Vds can be anywhere below the max defined in the datasheet (480V).
