Hi Newton,

This part was designed before we used Altium, so unfortunately we do not have design files for editing directly in Altium. We have gerbers available for download here: http://www.ti.com/tool/BQ24650EVM-639 and the user guide for the EVM shows the layer plot files to use as a reference when designing BQ24650 for your system.
