Technically, yes, a higher than 200K Ohms resistor could give you a higher watchdog clock cycle, but the tolerance of the cycle will get higher than 15% as well. As you can see, we only have tolerance data up to 500ms for the WD timer. How much does your customer plan to set it to?

In this application, they would use the watchdog to wake up part of the system about every 2 seconds, unless the WD was reset. I think the expanded tolerance would be acceptable; precise timing is not a requirement.
