Yes, I can't think of any reason why you can't.

Most buck regulator models don't work in IBB; there are internal nodes tied in such a way as to break when configured that way.
Usually in a model works for inverting, the name of the model will say so, for instance the LM36015 has a model explicitely calling out inverting.
I didn't see an inverting model for the LMR36503.
