Good day.

We have a customer looking for the RC thermal model of TPS54240DRCR.
Is this available?

Also, the same RC thermal models are needed for these two devices: TPS562208DDCR and TPS70933DRVR

Do I need to create a separate case for these two?

Hello Art,

I have got the following response from Thermal modeling team:

"I could not find RC models for any of these with a quick look, but they can be requested on the thermal Sharepoint. Is there a particular expectation of the assumptions that will go into the RC network model, such as a certain PCB layout or power dissipation condition?"

Please let me know the answers to these questions.
