TPS54260: Please advise what is different between normal and high reliability TI parts IC?

I think there are little difference in electrical characteristics but some in mechanical and package/bonding materials, which are sometimes cared in the applications I mentioned above. As I said you can find the difference on the features description. If you won't use it in these, there is no difference.
