We've designed boost converter based on TPS40210DGQR part for 24V nominal input 48V output. Schematic is below. R160 is for manipulating output voltage. In this case it is not populated.
We're encountering some problems about this design. Every board we measure behave different than each other and we couldn't understand why. I scoped 3 different board AC coupled, every single one is different.
Even tough last two looks same, the last one shows some positive and negative peaks, easily seen clipping warning. The first one is also interesting, looks like some random noise, but the other ones looks like sawtooth wave.
We want to achieve super quiet 48V rail, few tens of mVpp is acceptable like the first one.
Any comment would be appreciated.
