TPS3808: VIT and VHYS spec in the full temperature

I'm confused about the VHYS spec.

The typical value VIT is 0.405V, so I can get the range of VIT which is 0.405V*(1-2%) to 0.405V*(1+2%) from the table of ds.

The question:

How to calculate the accuracy of VHYS ?

Is the unit 'VIT' of VHYS in the table based on the typical value of VIT which is ‘0.405V’ ? Or the range 0.405V*(1-2%) to 0.405V*(1+2%) ?

Hello User,

The VHYS is referring to the actual measured value of VIT- which can be any VIT- within the range. Once you know the VIT- (or assume worst case using the range), then VHYS typical,max apply to that value.

The VHYS value can also be considered VIT+ that is the rising voltage threshold to release the device from the fault reset condition.
