I have re-looked into the tech folders of this TPS1H100, I don’t see Pin FMEA there. That’s the reason I have requested for Pin FMEA.

And you have shared the link for Failure Mode Distribution, which don’t need at all

Please share the Pin FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis),

I am sharing a TI example document which was created for different device

Example; SLVA627
