Nice to meet you by email. When the gauge is doing cell swelling function, is there a PF status which indicates this function?

    Sophia,

    No there are no PF's on the bq27z561. Since the z561 does not control the FETs there are no protections. The cell swelling feature is only a temporary feature. Unfortunately there is no bit to indicate when this feature is active.
