Hello,experts

I need the the thermal pad resistance values((RθJA/ RθJC(top)/RθJB) for TPS51206DSQ that is missing in the datasheet.

If possible, I would like the graph of RθJA vs bonding rate.

These thermal data are available on the latest datasheet (Rev E).

Can you download the latest datasheet and check again?

Sorry, we don't have graph of RθJA vs bonding rate.

Sorry,I had to make the question more specific.

I need the thermal resistance value (RθJA / RθJC (top) / RθJB) depending on the THERMAL Pad bonding rate.
