Our customer met some problems about the BQ40Z80-020EVM, They want to read and write the data flash value , but after send the read command , the device become data disorder , you can check the screen shot below
The result of cell voltage are fixed as picture shows ,the displayed power is 100%, and the battery can no longer be charged through the development board bq40z80evm-020, and bq40z80 is always went into sleep mode , and it will sleep again after wake-up.
The customer describe that they follow the TRM chapter 18.1.75 0x4000–0x5FFF DataFlashAccess suggestions , they want to confirm that:
1. Did they use the correct data format ?
2.If their data format is wrong , what is the correct one .could you show me the example.
3.If both of these can not solve the issue , do you have any other suggestion?
