TLV760: pin for adding copper / for improving the thermal interface

Hi all

My customer is using the TLV760 and they have this question:

To improve the thermal interface they would like to add some copper on the PCB for better cooling.

Of the three pins for the TLV760:

Which pin is the most effective for this purpose, meaning which pin has the least thermal resistance to the die ?
