TPS1H100-Q1: TPS1H100-Q1 Version B : there was no current sense analog output(CS) feedback

Hi team,

When I do function test for my sample board.

The TPS1H100BQPWPRQ1 current limite funtion was correct, when current reach limit level IC will off output.

But the current sense analog output(CS) wasn't feedback all the time.

what reason?

By sample board, are you referring to the TI EVM for the TPS1H100B? Can you clarify what you mean by "feedback all the time?"

If not, what tolerance of resistance are you using for R_CS? A schematic of the TPS1H100-Q1 portion would be helpful.

By sample board, are you referring to the TI EVM for the TPS1H100B? NO, is our product.
Can you clarify what you mean by "feedback all the time?" When i increased output current, CS pin should be output voltage like below figure. But there is no voltage output when I measure. is 0 voltage.
what reason?

Hi Jasper,

Would you be able to check for an open load or a short-to-battery fault? A 0V reading on the CS pin refers to a fault in either open load or a short to battery.

If that isn't the case, would you be able to share what is connected to the output or the schematic? This can give me a better understanding if there is not fault due to open-load as to what the problem is.
