TPS786 :label information, marking informationg

The first set of numbers are the markings listed from the datasheet.
This data is listed in section 12 of the datasheet, or page 23-24.

The second set of numbers are date code related.
We no longer provide exact details of the date & lot codes due to counterfeiting.

Counterfeiting is a growing threat to our industry.  Because our topside marking is critical to our anti-counterfeiting efforts, TI does not translate that marking for customers because publicizing that information increases our counterfeiting risk and exposure.
