A customer is currently doing charge / discharge tests with a sample battery and the bq20z655. During their tests they noticed that they can not use the full nominal capacity of the cells, the design capacity is 6900mAh at 14.4V. When they discharge the battery at a pack voltage of 13.3V the remaining capacity is already at 0mAh. They might have made a mistake during initialization (impedance tracking). Question, how can they reset the QEN flag so that they can start the impedance tracking again? Is there another way to reset the impedance tracking?
