Hi Expert,

If we consider the Vref tolerance , the Vout Range is too wide, ΔV=79mv；

May I know the detail trend of Vref change VS Tj?

Or if there is an alternative solution whose Size is not bigger than TPS568230 and the DC accuracy is more narrow.

You can get the Vref vs TJ from Fig3 in page7 of datasheet, and also you can look into TPS54821/54824 for 8A applications.

But, May I know why what the Fig 3 showed isn't accordant with the description in the table？How does user to refer ？

The curve shows the relationship between Vref and Tj of some device.

But the EC table shows Vref variations of mass productions, you can simply think the typical value in the curve is 0.601v, but for other devices, maybe typical value is 0.599 or 0.602v or others.., and anyway total variation will be +/-1.5% includes temperature coefficient.

Thanks, Could you please help provide some recommendation for the solution whose Vref tolerance is more narrow. as like you mentioned above TPS54824.

VIN 12V--> VOUT 2.5V IOUT 0.5A

VIN 12V--> VOUT 1.2V IOUT 1A

VIN 12V--> VOUT 0.83V IOUT 9A

VIN 12V--> VOUT 1.2V IOUT 4A

small size is our priority. thanks in advance!
