Hi,
I am thinking of adding BQ24120 to my design on the target board. The problem is that I am also using TPS63020 to power the whole board with ca. 200uF input capacitance which is directly connected to the battery. Therefore the charger would see this capacitance on its output (the board on/off switch is connected to DC/DC's enable pin).
As I can see in bq24120 datasheet there's a limit on the charger's output capacitance which in my case would be exceeded.
Do you have any suggestions as to how simply overcome this problem? I understand that that much of capacitance on charger's output will cause it to malfunction, at least as the battery detection is concerned?
