Hi, My customer is designing the DCDC of a chassis for automotive with GAN FETS driver, they need a DCDC sWITCHING non isolated 150Vin 3.3Vout 300-400mAout. The Vin stems from Vbusbar150Vof the GANFET driver. Can we propose something?

A non-isolated buck would work well here, we have some with the UCC28880. One example is
