UCD3138: Suddnly stop the UCD3133 with no unexpected pulse on reset terminal.

We still not resolved.

Our cuirecuit's UCD3138 still suddnly stop.

So,we measured reset signal. But there is not unexpected pulse about 200nsec pulse width.

Then,there is no unexpected pulese on Dgital 3.3Vcc and Analog 3.3V about 200nsec wideth.

We think something pulse make UDC3138 suddnly stop. But, now ,we no idea.

Please infrom us your advice.

There are two likely causes for an unexpected reset.

1. Firmware tries to access an illegal address. This often happens when developing firmware. You can tell because it happens consistently at a specific spot in the program.

2. System noise. Power supplies are a noisy environment, and there can be power supply noise on the UCD that can cause reset.

We advise following the practical design guidelines for the UCD in this document to minimize the risk of this happening.

Poor power supply line and its noise are caused.
