Hi Kenta,

All devices have different features. Table 5 in the datasheet has a detailed explanation of all parts.

1. TPS6281008QWRWYRQ1 -->--> 1.1V fix output without SSC feature

2.TPS6281010QWRWYRQ1 --> Adjustable output without SSC feature

3.TPS6281020QWRWYRQ1--> Adjustable output with SSC feature
