I tried to see if I could glean this from the test data, but it is not clear. I will have to check with a designer, but if I were to guess it would probably be around 10% or maybe more.
Why is the customer concerned with this?

They are going to use the internal pull down as part of a EN control circuit.

Can you advise if there is an update on this from the design team?
I believe the answer is also in the datasheet on page 3. With Ven=0.9V, and the non-pull down version drawing 0.04uA, then the pull down version Enable pin current will be 6uA typical. This means the pull down resistor is: =0.9V/(0.000006-0.00000004)A or ~151k ohms. The process variation should be considered and could be as high as 20%.

Can you check the "5128" number in the table. It seems to be way larger than the Nominal and Weak values....
