Hi,

Is it possbile to use 2xBQ29200 to balance 3 cell in series?? In such a case on of them would not be referenced to ground but to the voltage of one the cells.

Hi Joan,

Have you thought about using the BQ77915 (3-5 cell protector with balancing)?

It is possible to stack BQ29200, but I am not sure how it would work with only one cell on one of the devices (it would not be able to balancing that cell).
