Part Number: TPS6594-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRA829V, TDA4VM

Hi expert,

As title, What's the difference between TPS659411 and TPS659413? It was shown at the packaging information of TPS6594-Q1 datasheet.

If the information is not public, could you please share it to me via internal email?

  • Oliver,

Hi, the TPS659411-Q1 and TPS659413-Q1 power TDA4VM/DRA829V processors. Both PMICs are needed for the power solution. One acts as the master and one acts as the slave PMIC. Together the power the SOC and MCU that are in the J7 processor. The solution also can support up to ASIL-D functional safety requirements.

Please see our user's guide to understand how to use the TPS6594-Q1 PMICs to power TDA4/DRA829V: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slvubr0

    Thanks!
