The only information available in the datasheet is for the heatsink and package outline.

Can you share the footprint land pattern?

The footprint is available in the product folder on ti.com at the following link:

We use sub-contractor Fancort to derive our footprint for the trim and form profile of our devices that we mount to our EVMs. The footprint is for reference only. The footprint is associated with a trim/form specification generated for this EVM, and may or may not be appropriate for a customer's end use. Customers will often have their own trim/form requirements to meet assembly and board level reliability goals.
