Section 5.3 of the TRM says when [BTP_EN] = 1 in Pack Configuration C. The BTP interrupt supersedes all other interrupt sources, which are unavailable when BTP is active
Section 5.7 of the same TRM says Enabling of the BTP feature automatically disables all other interrupt sources on the HDQ pin, so care must be taken in configuring the fuel gauge for each particular end application, especially if non-BTP interrupts such as over temperature, internal short detection, Tab Disconnect Detection, and battery low and high indications are required in the system
So Section 5.7 seems to implies that interrupts could still be generated on the SE pin for non-BTP related things, whereas 5.3 implies that all interrupts are superseded by the BTP interrupt.
Can you clarify?
