LMR14030-Q1: LMR14030-Q1 Power Good issue

Hi, TI experts,

Input voltage 12V, output 3.3V/1A

There are two questions:

1. When the input voltage rises rapidly, the output voltage will overshoot to 5.8V,why?

2. How can the Power Good pin show the waveform circled in the diagram?Does this trigger the OVP?
