Can we get HSpice, IBIS, or S-parameter of TPS2546 for layout simulation? I only found PSpice of TPS2546.

Hi Antony,

The simulations for the TPS2546 are all found on the product folder for the device. If the HSpice file is not in then, we probably do not have it available.

We found IBIS model for TPS2547. Do you think we can use it for TPS2546?

Hi Antony,

I think this might be okay. The only difference between the TPS2546 and TPS2547 is the CDP-SDP auto switch functionality. The TPS2546 enables this feature while the TPS2547 does not have this feature. From my understanding, that is the only difference between these two devices so you should be able to use the TPS2547 IBIS model as long as it is not related to this auto switch feature
