    Could you kindly help to share the document to advice the difference between BQ25890/BQ25890H/BQ25895/BQ25895M &BQ25892/BQ25896?

And how to distinguish them?

Because both BQ25890/BQ25890H/BQ25895/BQ25895M's I2C Address are 6AH,

and BQ25892/BQ25896's I2C Address are 6BH.

    Hi Rock,

    For BQ25890H and BQ25890, it's designed for applications with single USB port – Q1 is ON during OTG boost mode, while for BQ25895M and BQ25895, Q1 is OFF during OTG boost mode to PMID instead. Key difference for BQ25890H and BQ25890 is that BQ25890H has updated REG01. please see datasheet for details. BQ25895 default VREG is 4.208V while BQ2589M default VREG is 4.352V for different battery.

    And BQ25892 is 5A battery charger while BQ25896 is 3A battery charger.

    In addition to I2C address, you can also read DEV_REV in REG14 to distinguish them.

    BQ25890H is 11

    BQ25890/895/892 is 01

    BQ25895M/896 is 10

    The best way to tell which devices is to look at device package top side marking per datasheet. or we have TI sales for your consultation.
