Why the pullup resister of reset can't be smaller than 10k ? (I can't understand “The pullup resistor should be no smaller than 10 kΩ as a result of the finite impedance of the RESET line.” in the ds)

Hi user,
The device can face issues with certain conditions over variation and temp with pullup resistors under 10k. The device can have difficulty successfully reaching the voltage it is pulled up to.
Thanks,
