TPS7A49: TPS7A4901DGNR

Part Number: TPS7A49
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ASH

Immediate request please:

PN TPS7A4901DGNR has a lead finish of NIPDAU|NIPDAUAG - how it is determined which finish we will receive? We want to only get the NiPdAu finish as the NiPdAuAg finish is not exempt for J-STD-001 and would require gold wash.

Thank you,

Mary

  • Hi Mary,

This device has two production flows with is the reason for the different lead finishes. The only way we can support you getting the NiPDAu finish is by setting up an orderable part number with just that production flow.

Our Customer Support Center can answer your questions in detail. Please send me a private note if this is not working.

    I hope this helps.

  • Is there a way to for us to determine which version we received? Is there a certain marking on the part or on the label or a date code format that would tell us what they are?

Thank you very much for your quick response on this ~ much appreciated :-)

    Mary

  • Also, can you please provide the max thickness of gold used for the plating process?

    Thanks much!

    Mary

  • Hi Mary,

Unita marked (HNT) have a NiPdAu finish, and units marked (ASH) have the NiPdAuAg finish.

If you need further details, please feel free to contact me directly.
