LM62440-Q1: Efficiency graphs

Hello,

I'm looking for some clarification on the efficiency graphs for this part. The 3.3V ones make sense to me as the graphs match up at the end of the auto-mode current scale since the device is essentially operating in PWM. The 5V graphs don’t do this, and I am not sure which plots are correct. Specifically 24Vin to 5Vout at 3A, in AUTO mode the graph shows ~91% and in FPWM it shows around 83%. Is there a reason the 3.3Vo graphs converge and the 5Vo ones don't?

Thanks for pointing this out. Your assumption is correct that they should line up. I'll reach out to the engineer who made these curves to clarify. You should have a reply in a day or two.
