Hi gary,
Linear LED driver works unde lile LDO mode, there is no switch MOS inside or external;
Backlight driver usually wroks under bost mode and need god dimming performance which is uesed for LCD panel;
Indication usually has multi channel and usually each channels output low current.
You cna search on TI.com and check the difference.

Hi Sean,
Thank you for your answer.
I could find that the current of backlight driver is 100mA to 150mA, and Indicator driver is under 70mA.
I know that backlight driver is usually used on the cluster application in automotive, can Indication be used also on the cluster?
Where application the indication driver is used?
Thank you
