LM334: Thermal Resistance Junction to Board

Part Number: LM334

Hi again,
I'm asking a related question to the previous one on LM334 Thermal resistance since the last thread was closed.

I cannot seem to find the Thermal resistance between Junction and Board (either Theta JB or Psi JB) in the datasheet.
I would need the information regarding both LM334M/NOPB and LM334Z/NOPB versions.

Hi Leo,

I'm still working on acquiring this info. This is quite an old part so the parameters are not easily attainable on hand.
