UCC28070: Dmax setting with external clock sync

Part Number: UCC28070

We set sync clock frequency to 280kHz, and Dmax resistor is 42.2kohm, the Dsync is around 30%, but the Dmax is still around 90%, not followed Rdmax formula. Please advise.

What value is RT ?
What DMAX value do you wish to achieve ?
Why is Dsync so high ?
Have you used equation 10 in the data sheet ?
