UC2856-Q1: CL SS (pin1) current

Hi, forum,

One of our product uses UC2856QDWRQ1 in a voltage mode configuration. We are looking into the current limit/soft start of this chip. Can anybody tell me what is the source and sink current for pin 1 (current limit adjust / soft start) across the full rated temp range?

We have a customer with exactly the same concern who wanted the source and sink current for pin 1 (current limit adjust / soft start) across the full rated temp range too.

Hello Art,

I was able to chase with the responsible team and the following is what I found.

This controller is a 1991 project, we do not have the information that you are requesting ready to go. However, if this is some information important for the business we would have to plan a characterization/validation timeline to extract the data from the silicon. This could be months long process depending on the priority of the request.
