What is the difference between LP2985AIM5-... and LP2985A-... ?
Both are available and seem to be exactly the same product (although there are two different datasheets).
What should I specify in the BOM for a new serial production PCB?

    Hi Eckhard,

    Here is a summary of the differences:

    The LP2985AIM5 is the LP2985-N it has a lower VOUT max but has more voltage offerings and better thermal performance.
