Hi ,
We are using "Active Chipset Reference Design Guide" Literature Number: SLUUAS6A for BMS solution .
Two issues we are facing .
1) The active clamp mosfet is not receiving the gate pulses.
Gate pulses are generated from the 1499 IC and appearing till the input of the schmitt trigger. At the output of schmitt trigger pulses are not coming. I am attaching the ref design schematic belowsing 
This is the schematic we are using .

2) From the EMB1428 IC we are getting the error code 1011
