TPS562201: to replace other vendor

Hi TI,

To replace other vendor, MPS-MP1652.

The pin define are almost the same, so I just need to mirror layout. But the only one thing is, TPS562201 has no R3 component.

Here are the question:

1. Could TI replace it w/o any component change?

2. What is the effect that put R3 in TPS562201 circuit?

3. What is the purpose of R3 in feedback loop?
