BQ28Z610-R1: bq28z610EVM not connecting with R1 version

Hello Team,

My customer is trying to test the BQ28Z610-R1 for replacing a older device.

They re-soldered the BQ28z610 from the EVM to the R1 version.

However, despite the existence of a .bqz file for the R1 and the latest version of the bq-Studio (1.3.86 Build 6) we cannot program the SREC.

Could you please help us solve the issue?

Could you try to use the test version of bqStudio and see if this is resolved? 1.3.100 version.

I have same problem with bq28z610-R1.

I have already try 1.3.98 and 1.3.100 version of bqStudio.

It still not workable.

Please help to solve it.

Hello Arey,

Have you tested with the updated .bqz as well? I would recommend following the users guide for the EVM closely to determine any issues.

Are you able to communicate with the gauge, or just a problem with programming the srec?
