TPS1HA08-Q1: Fault mode / schem review

Would you be able to share what current you are outputting before it becomes disabled? Are there about the load on VOUT that you can share such as resistance, capacitance, or inductance if any? Is the ST pin pulled high or low when VOUT gets pulled low?

Current output is 1.2 Amps, the load is a 10 ohm resistor, supply voltage is 12v (VBB). ST is attempted to pull low during the event, signifying it is indeed in a fault mode according to the documentation.

Are you able to provide a waveform of the output current when this occurs? Is the value of the capacitor 22nF as you mentioned that it is the recommended capacitor? Can you also provide information such as the states of your SELx and Latch pins (High or Low)? 

So after looking at all the capacitor values, C1 = CVBB = 220 uF, C2 = COUT = 22nF, C3 = CSNS = 10nf.  I mux the two selection pins to receive the temperature, current, and voltage data off the SNS pin, the latch pin is also pulled high, I see the CVBB is quite high over the recommended value and will change that now

Does this fault continue after you toggle the enable pin? Does replacing the capacitor help?
