Hi,

I'm looking for the component LMZ10505EXT at the page for the MTBF/FIT estimator ( https://www.ti.com/quality/docs/estimator.tsp).

Some times it returns me Error 404 some other it returns me the module zero filled.

Whet it is zero filled Usage temp is 0, Conf level is 0.0 Activation Energy 0.0 and so on.

Maybe is a website problem?

Do you need the MTBF for LMZ10505EXT?

If so, here is a recent thread which provided the MTBF for the 3A version of this device: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management/f/196/t/910055 I will check if the MTBF is the same for the 2 devices.

Yes, I'm looking for the complete data about MTBF of the 5A IC identified with LMZ10505EXT

Attached an example of the data I downloaded some time ago for another component.

Maybe there is a problem with my network or my browser that can't load correctly the website?

Thanks for confirming.

We are in the process of loading this values to the website, but it takes some time.

This week, I should be able to conform the MTBF value for LMZ10505EXT.

Hi Francesco,

Yes, the MTBF is the same 39,370,079 value that I gave for the LMZ10503 in the other E2E thread.
