I have an inquiry regarding ucc25600.
What is the difference between the two ends of the diode short and the output capacitance short?
LLC FET is alive in the output capacitance shorts.
LLC FET is Diode Shot dead.(one of the half-diode short)
(LLC FET Id peolse 151A)
LLC FET current 100A with short output capacitance(1CH: LLC FET VDS, CH2:LLC FET Current, C3:output voltge)
Output DIODE Short LLC FET Current 178A(1CH: LLC FET VDS, CH2:LLC FET Current, C3:output voltge)
I wonder why there is such a difference in LLC FET current.
