2.Is the initialization of structure power_supply_battery_info obtained from DTS? If so, how to configure DTS?

We don't manage the linux SW there. Can you check with your local TI rep if you have one?

bq27426 driver code is part of the linux kernel at kernel.org and maintained by open source contributors.

All definitions are included in the kernel source tree. Please try compiling the complete original Linux source from kernel.org
