UCC2891: Power supply design

I have my voltage input from 19.2 to 148v and I want an output of 5v@12A, 15v@3A and -15v@0.5A. I am thinking to make the active clamp forward converter. Will UCC2891 works in this input range? If any reference design available please share those too.
