Hello.

I can't find accurate ordering information for 5V version TPS7B81.   

Everywhere it is mentioned: Output voltage 5V or 3.3 V.

TPS7B8133 - 3.V out , 

TPS7B8150 - 5V out.

Right ?

    Hi Dmitry,

    A minor correction is that the TPS7B133 has an output voltage of 3.3V.  For the most part, our part numbering nomenclature is as follows:

    TPS7xxxyyy breaks down as xxx us the device part number and yyy is the output voltage. So with the TPS7B81, that is is the base part number and the 33 indicated that it is a 3.3V regulator.  If you see a part like the TLV702125, the base part is TLV702 and the output voltage is 1.25V. 

    In general, the last few digits are as follows:

    00 - Any-Out (adjustable output with no Feedback resistors required)

    01 - Adjustable output

    yy or yyy - the output voltage
