Hi Sir,

Customer choice MPS charger connect to TPS24900A, would you pls kindly advise if below connection is correct?

    Hi Ian,

    I found the MP2696A DP and DM have the BC1.2 funtion(DCP function)  and DP and DM will stay at 2.7V when start up.

    If connect the MP device DP/M to TPS254900 it will impact the mode function in TPS device. I don't know customer  will need SDP/CDP or DCP for the type A port.

    If you use your schematic setup, the type A port will constantly stay at DCP mode.
