    Hi Sammi,

    I don't recognize an issue with the basic topology of the circuit compared to TIDA-010074.  The op amp is different, the TLC27L2BIDR shown lists a common mode input range of -0.2 to 3.5V for either input.  I don't recognize the V- connection, you might check that the inputs are operated in range of the amplifier.
